Customer
agrees that any liability for any damages or losses
of any kind or nature to any materials
submitted and received by HDDP is limited to the
cost of replacing such materials with unused film,
videotape, or other unused material.
Customer acknowledges that no materials submitted
for transfer are in violation of any copyright
laws and holds HDDP harmless from any claims of
any violations of such laws.
Customer accepts the responsibility to ensure
that his or her DVD player is able to play DVD
discs and that inability of a player to run DVD
discs is not a reason to return the disc under
our offered guarantee of work done.
Additionally, Customer
understands that the DVD produced can only be
as good as
the images
submitted
to HDDP and film and video images are transferred “as
is.”
HDDP guarantees
that all transfer services will be done in a
timely and workmanlike
manner. It
further guarantees that if Customer is not happy
with the product created that upon receipt from
the Customer of the undamaged DVD in its case,
a refund will be issued for all production costs
(shipping & handling fees are not refundable).
Also, in order to receive a refund the return
must be made with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking.
HDDP recognizes
that your photographic images are invaluable
to you. You can rest assured that
we will treat them carefully and respectfully ~
just as if they were our own precious memories.
HDDP will assess
a $20 fee on any returned checks. This fee is
over and above whatever
fees might
be assessed by the Customer’s financial
institution.
Customer agrees
that all images submitted will be in the formats
which HDDP can
transfer. Further that
videos and film reels will be in workable condition
and
will not contain images that are protected under
copyright law or of an obscene or objectionable
nature.
If HDDP is not able
to transfer images submitted because of the above
conditions, we will immediately notify the Customer.
In that event, a Review service
fee
of $10.00 will be assessed. When payment is received,
the images will be returned to Customer via USPS
with
Delivery Confirmation and tracking.
