| Do
you know where your old 8mm or Super-8mm home
movies are? And even if you do, where’s the
projector? Do you have time to drag everything
out, find the
projector
screen or a clear white wall and station someone
at the light switch? |
 |
 |
How
about those 35mm slides of
your vacations and family reunions? |
| Or
maybe, like us, you’ve got lots of photo
albums gathering dust waiting for the pictures
from the last few (maybe several?) years to be
organized and inserted. Or you know you need to
move the photos from the old magnetic page albums
before the photos are destroyed by acidic pages. |
| Or
maybe, again like us, you’ve got lots of
precious footage safely locked away on Beta
videotapes but no longer have a workable Beta video player. |
 |
 |
Wouldn’t
it be great to just switch on the TV, pop a DVD into
your player, and sit back to reminisce or to pass
on your memories to your kids without all
that hassle? Navigation through a DVD is easy using
your remote control and the built-in Chapter Marks. |
But
the hassle factor isn’t the biggest reason
to move your 8mm and Super-8mm home
movies, photos,
35mm slides, and Beta, VHS and
Video8 videos to DVDs.

Although DVD-R discs play on the vast majority of the
newer DVD players (2002 and later), you may wonder
if it will play on the model you are using. For more
information on the compatibility of DVD-R discs and
DVD players, check your User’s Manual or manufacturer’s
website. You can also visit www.videohelp.com for
a list of tested DVD players.
Also,
you may request one of our Demo
DVD-R discs. If you would like more
information about this option, please click Request
Demo Disc.
Even
if you don't have a DVD player, you can purchase
one at most Super Stores (Walmart, K-Mart, Best
Buy) for under $50 or a combination unit (DVD and
VHS) for
about
$90. |
