following is pricing information for transferring
your photos, 35mm slides, digital
photos, Regular & Super-8mm
film, Beta (home movie format), VHS (NTSC format
only) and Video 8 video tapes onto DVDs.

We
offer a demo disc for
$5 which will allow you to see if your DVD player
is compatible with our project disc as well as
see some of the features of our services. That fee
is refunded to you upon return of the reusable
disc and storage container.
Payment
Process
This
is how we
have structured our payment system:
1.
You fill out an order form as completely as possible.
2.
When you send your
images, you pay 50% of the total project cost shown
on your order form.
3.
When we have completed your project, we will send
you a "working copy" DVD that you can
preview and an invoice for the remaining amount
due. Any reasonable adjustments you would like
to be
made to the project will be done
at
this
time.
4.
Once the project is approved by you, the remaining
invoiced amount is due.
5.
Upon our receipt of the remaining balance, we
prepare the final production package and send you
your finished DVD(s).
6.
When you confirm you have received the final
DVD production package, we will then mail your
original images.
We
prefer not to ship your DVD and original images
together in one shipment for safety.

you are ready to order, print out the appropriate
order form(s) and follow the instructions for
submitting

Beta

(Minimum
Order $30)
Because you
might not know how much video information is stored
on your video tapes, we start the ordering process
with a "best
estimate" price. This will give you a general
idea of project cost.
You
specify the number of tapes to be converted on
the order
form.
We
do not charge
by the tape but by the amount of video on
the tape. But until we
actually
transfer the tape, we do not know the amount
of time that is recorded.
Once
we have completed the transfer process, we will
then calculate the actual cost based on time and
charge according to the rates below.
